How to logon to your SwapShop account

Logging on

You can logon to your SwapShop.co.uk account by entering your Username and Password in the Logon box at the top right hand side of each page.

• Username - you can enter the username you registered when you signed up with SwapShop, or you can enter your email address.

Remember Me Setting

The "Remember Me" setting below the Login button saves your logon information on the current computer you are using. This means that whenever you return to SwapShop on the same computer, you will automatically be logged in.

This is a very useful setting to use on your home computer if you are the only person who uses it, however, we do not recommend using this setting on public computers or on computers that you share with other people.

Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten Password?" link at the bottom of the login box. You will be asked to enter either

• Your SwapShop username OR

• Your email address

A reminder for your password will be emailed to you.
